MUM RAVE
A wild nighttime dance session set to banging tunes from artists like Prodigy, Chase and Status, Shy FX, Major Lazer, Bomfunk MC—basically, anything that gets us raving! With easy-to-follow choreography, the occasional squat, plenty of sweat, and lots of laughs, we let loose in a club-like atmosphere designed for fun and freedom.
As a mum, I wanted to create a safe, non-judgmental space where fellow mammas can come and party (since we don't get to do that much!). But don’t worry, all women are welcome—mum or not! (Just not the little ones, though; this is a loud, adults-only event!)
It's a 50-minute session where we go all out, so it's not designed for new mums. If you're unsure if it's right for you, please reach out before booking.
MUM BOP
Dance fitness fun that you can enjoy with your little one in tow! We'll be doing easy-to-follow dance routines, incorporating sneaky strength moves, all with a low-impact approach. Expect to groove to hits from Beyoncé, Adele, Prince, and more, while working up a sweat and having a blast!
(Little ones of any age are welcome to join, but it's totally optional!)
Please note- currently no active Mumbop class. Beachbop is very similar and little one welcoming.
ONLINE
There are four weekly online classes with Tess via Zoom. Each class captures the joyful energy of the in-person sessions, allowing you to enjoy a quick, invigorating workout from the comfort of your own home.
