• In-person classes: Mumraves (not just for mums!) Fitbop and Bop N Bass sessions in your local spots. 

• Online classes: Four live classes a week led by me (Tess) at Boptown, including the brand-new Glowbop on Mondays at 6pm—a mini Mumrave vibe! 

• Guest classes from friends of Boptown: From Pilates and yoga to FunkFit, strength, bounce, drum & bass boxing, and more, taught by our fab network of instructors (not under the Boptown brand)

2. Online Only (£20/month): Unlimited Zoom classes and on-demand access.

MUM RAVE

A wild nighttime dance session set to banging tunes from artists like Prodigy, Chase and Status, Shy FX, Major Lazer, Bomfunk MC—basically, anything that gets us raving! With easy-to-follow choreography, the occasional squat, plenty of sweat, and lots of laughs, we let loose in a club-like atmosphere designed for fun and freedom.

 

As a mum, I wanted to create a safe, non-judgmental space where fellow mammas can come and party (since we don't get to do that much!). But don’t worry, all women are welcome—mum or not! (Just not the little ones, though; this is a loud, adults-only event!)

 

It's a 50-minute session where we go all out, so it's not designed for new mums. If you're unsure if it's right for you, please reach out before booking.

MUM BOP

Dance fitness fun that you can enjoy with your little one in tow! We'll be doing easy-to-follow dance routines, incorporating sneaky strength moves, all with a low-impact approach. Expect to groove to hits from Beyoncé, Adele, Prince, and more, while working up a sweat and having a blast!

 

(Little ones of any age are welcome to join, but it's totally optional!)

FITBOP

An uplifting dance fitness class where fun comes first! Groove to an energising mix of pop, dance, RnB, and more feel-good tunes.

 

With easy-to-follow routines and good vibes, there’s no pressure or judgement—just a chance to let loose, move your body, and enjoy yourself. Whether you’re here for energy, a good sweat, or an escape from the daily grind, this is your time to shine.

 

This class isn’t just for mums—we welcome everyone, and you can expect a mix of people, some with little ones and some without. Mums are welcome to bring little ones (preferably without buggies). Non-mobile babies are easiest to manage, so feel free to bring a car seat, bouncer, or blanket to keep them close while you dance. If you’re using a baby carrier, please note the routines aren’t specifically designed for sling-based movement, but you’re welcome to adapt them however you need.

 

Open to women of all backgrounds and fitness levels—whether you’re a seasoned dancer or total beginner, it’s all about having fun, connecting, and moving your way!

BOP N BASS

A rave-inspired dance fitness class set to an electrifying mix of classic and modern drum and bass tracks. You move through simple yet powerful lead-and-follow routines.

Sweat, endorphins, seratonin and dopamine will be flying about all while you feel like you’re right in the middle of a nightclub. This class is more than just a workout—it’s an immersive, feel-good experience that will leave you energised and ready for more!

RAVE AEROBICS

 

Fancy some strength and cardio whilst dancing to awesome clubby music? We’ve got you!

This is a full body dance fitness to club and rave tunes. A quick 30 mins focussing on strength moves (and cardio!) to work those muscles whilst still having choreo inspired fun!

The music is drum and bass, house, garage, 90s rave classics and anything else we fancy. Tess encourages you to adapt moves to suit you and your wonderful body. This class is all about the fun.

Earlybop

 

Wake up and dance your way into the day with this wildly fun, high-energy fitness class set to your favorite tunes!  On Tuesdays we Bop to old school beats, and on Thursdays we jam to pop classics!
In just 30 intense minutes at 7am we’ll sweat, laugh, squat, and dance our socks off. It's over in a leg-burning, heart-pumping flash, all before your day has even begun

A nightime wild dance session to some banging toons from the likes of Prodigy, Chase and Status, Shy FX, Major Lazer, Bomfunk MC.. basically anything we feel like raving too! (You may find some destiny’s child, Rita Ora, Cardi B, Missy Elliott for instance) We'll be doing easy to follow choreo, the occasional squat, sweating, letting our hair down, laughing and generally ‘Avin it .
