  • Where can I book a class?
Head to our Book A Class button or click here
  • What should I wear to class?
Anything that you feel comfortable exercising in, you'll be getting hot and need flexibility! Personally I love bright colours and animal print AND neon stuff for Mumrave but none of this is compulsory!
  • Do I need to bring anything with me?
A bottle of water and you may want a towel as we get quite sweaty!
  • How soon post Partum can I come?
As long as you've had your doctors check and been given the all clear then you're welcome. Intensity levels go up and down through the class and some moves are more strenuous than others so please listen to to body snd what feels right for you. Do talk to Tess re anything relevant so she can advise.
  • What age can kids come to Mumbop?
Kids of any age are welcome, pre-3 is optimum as they tend to want more attention from their mammas beyond that (however for some it works!) older kids welcome in holidays to bigger venues.
  • What do we do with our babies/kids?
Bring a blanket for smaller babies to lie on, you can dance next to them and if they need you then do what you need (including carrying for parts of the class) There is designated baby spots in all classes for babies to sit/play.. they are also free to dance or roam and snacks are handy! We all try and not kick babies!
  • I'm very un-coordinated...
You'll be fine, the moves are easy to follow and repeat you'll get them after a while, when you don get the move just dance about and enjoy yourself! There is no judgements in classes just fun!
  • Can you bring kids the Mumrave?
No this is a loud, banging dance fitness class after dark and is designed to allow us mammas let our hair down and reconnecting to our sense of self (whilst getting a serious sweat on!)
